Kent Green is managed by John Casey from the leasing and management office at 6 Green Pastures Lane on Kent Green.

John is a commercial leasing specialist with over 40 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and in national markets. He owned and operated Triton Commercial Real Estate, a San Francisco-based advisory and brokerage company and in 2001 founded LeaseDox, Inc, a lease administration and real estate document management company.  John was a 15-year member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and served as Northern California Chapter President in 2002.

An expert in corporate real estate strategic planning and national tenant representation, John has completed multiple real estate assignments for hundreds of corporate entities including Intuit, Bank of America, The Swiss Bank Corporation, McKesson Corporation the State of California, the City of San Francisco, and GSA.

John has served on the board of several not-for-profit organizations and is active in community organizations in the Town of Kent.
