Kent Green is locally owned and operated, with an on-site management office at 12 Kent Green Boulevard. General Manager of Kent Green since 2007, John Casey is a commercial leasing specialist with over 48 years’ experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and in national markets.

NEW SIGNAGE

Walter Von Egidy of the New Milford Sign Shop created the concept and executed the painted signs. The steel frames were designed and fabricated by Warren’s resident polymath and blacksmith, Josh Reynolds. Josh, Willie Gawel and his crew from Gawel Excavating in Kent completed the site preparation and installation.

MIDDLEBROOK PARK

Designed and built by local craftsmen, this charming “pocket-park” is tucked behind the 109 Cheese Shop for all to enjoy. Both landscape and hardscape were designed by Kent resident, Currie Gardner, and built by Kent native, Jordan Dunleavy of JMR Construction and Esteban Rojas of Total Estate Management.

We have contact information for all of the craftsmen and would be happy to pass that along.
